AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS_MARRIAGE
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared, JAMES J. SIMS, who, being by me first duly sworn, on
oath, deposes and states:
l. That my name is JAMES J. SIMS, and I currently

2, That I was married to the late GERTRUDE A. SIMS,
and we owned real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit: J
Lot 10, Block 415, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION THREE,
accorc3ing to the Plat thereof, as recorded in PZat
Book 12, Page 13A of the public ecords of St, Lucie
County, Florida,

as tenants by the entireties, until h r death which accursd on
August 28, 1987,
3. That we remained married to each other continuously
from a point in time prior to our acquisition of the aforesaid
property on January 16, 1984, as set forth in that certain
Warranty Deed dai:ed January 16, 1984, filed January 17, 1984 and
recorded in Official Records Book 421, Page 1563 of the public
records of St. ~ucie County, Florida, until the date of my
spouse's death. A certified copy of her Death Certificate is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
