12. All notices, demands, or documents oE any kind
that either party may be required or may desir~ to serve upon the

depositing a copy in the United Stat~s Mail, postage prepaid, !
certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed as set forth
in said Martgaqe. f

13. It is expressly ~greed by Assignor that this
Assignment shall not be construed or deemed made Eor the benefit {
of any third party or parties.

it, the singular number shall include the plural, the plural the ~

15. The parties agree that the law of the State of
Florida shall govern the p~rformance and enforcement of rhis `
Assignment.

16. If any provision of this Rssignment or the
application thereo~ to any entity, person, or circumstance shall
be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, the remainder o~ this
Assign~nent and the application of its provision~ to other 4
entities, person, or circumstances shall not be affected thereby ~
and shall be enEorced to the greatest extent permitted by law. :

17. This Assiynment apolies to and binds the
parties hereto and their respective heirs, administrators,
executors, successors and assigns.
