leases, r~onies in escrow accounts, reservation agreements,
~repaid expenses, deposits, rental income and down payments with
respect to thz sale or rental of any of ~ebtor's property (real
or personal), options and agrees with resoect to additional real
prop~rty, surveys, abstracts of title, all t~rochures, and
advertising materials.
8. Leases and Rents inclucling without limitation any
interest De~tor has ir, any Leases or rental monies.
~ 9. "Leasehold Improvements" shall mean and refer to
any and all Leasehold I-mprovements owned 'by Dentor wherever
~ located, including but not limited to all Leasehold Improvements
y locatec3 on the real pro~erty described on Exhibit "A" attached

10. "Proceeds" means whatever is received ~ahen
Collateral is sold, exchanyed, re~laced, collected or ~therwise
