right-of-way of U.S. #1, thence Northwesterly on a curve
concave to the right having a radius~of 11,359.2 feet
and a curvature of O1'21'33", 269.46 feet to Point of
Beginning.
2. It has been dra~n to Affiant's attention that the Public
Records or St. Lucie County, Florida, contain references to
certain leases ~ncumbering the above-said property. The sole

occupies said property and has exclusively occupied it for many
years prior to the date hereof. FORT PIERCE BOWL, INC. is the
