OROER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Joint Petition
for Approval of Settlement and Entry of Order Autorizing
Settlement by the Attorneys and the Parties in accordance with
Section 744.387, Florida Statutes, and the Court having considered
the Petitions and the exhibits thereto, and having reviewed the
facts of the case and the damages to BELINDA CLAYTON,
individually, as mother and natural guardian of the minors, KEVIN
HEATH BENSON, AMANDA LEE CLAYTON, and ALAIhA JEAN CLAYTON, and as
Pprsonal Representative of the Estate of JAMES CLAYTON and in
light of the serious dispute as to liability and damages, the

~ Court finds under the circumstances, that the proposed settlement
~ is fair, reasonable, and just for the best interest of the minors,
KEVIN HEATH BENSON, AMANDA LEE CLAYTON, and ALAINA JEAN CLAYTON,
that BELINDA CLAYTON be authorized to receive payment thereof and
to give appropriate release and the Court being fully advised in
the premises, it is
ORDERED and AJUDGED:
1. The BELINDA CLAYTON, natural mother and legal
custodian of KEVYN HEATH BENSON, AMANDA LEE CLAYTON, and ALAINA
JEAN CLAYTON, minors, be appointed as guardian of said minors.
2. That 806BY JOE MiATSON shall pay to BELINDA
CLAYTON, individually, as mother and natural guardian of KEVIN
HEATH BEN50N, RMANDA LEE CLAYTON, and ALAINA JEAN CLAYTON, and as
Personal Representative of the Estate of JAMES CLAYTON, the ~

following amounts:
A. BELINDA CLaYTON, is to receive ONE HUNORED THIRTY
THOUSAND DOLLARS AND 00/lOQ ($130,000.0~) cash upon approval of
