settlement with annuity payments of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS and
00/100 ($10,000.00) to be paid on October 23, 1992, TWENTY

2997 and THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS and 00/100 ($30,000.00) to be
paid on October 23, 2002.

the minors, RAYMOND EUGENE CLAYTON and AMY RANEE CLAYTON, for the
