of the Estate of JAMES Cl.AYTON, shall be paid from her ONE HUNDRED
THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS and 00/100 ($130,000.00) due to her upon
the Court's approval of Settlement.
3. That upon said payment of the abov~e sums and
receipt of the Annuity and the receiving of said Release, the
above described claim shall be and is hereby dismissed with
prejudice, and said Release shall operate as a bar to any action
in the f~ture by the safd minors, KEVIN HEATH BENSON, AMANDA LEE
C~ATYON, and ALAINA JEAN CLAYTON, and BELINDA CLAYTON, as guardian
of KEVIN HEATH BENSON, AMANDA LEE CLAYTON, and ALAINA JEAN
CLAYTON, and BELINDa CLAYTON, individually, and as Personal
Representative of the Estate of JAMES CLAYTON, and anyone on their
behalf, either as a minor or adult.
