ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon ~he Joint Petition
for Approval of Settlement and Entry of Order Autorizing
Settlement by the Attorneys and the Parties in accordance with ;
Section 744.387, Florida Statutes, and the Court having considered
the Petitions and the exhibits thereto, and having reviewed the
facts of the case ar~d the damages to the minors, RAYMOND EUGENE
C~AYTON and AMY RANEE CLATYON, and in light of the serious dispute
as to liability and damages, the Court finds under the
circumstances, that the proposed settlement is fair, reasonable,
and just for the best interest of the minors, RAYMOND EUGENE
CLAYTON and RANEE CLAYTON, that EUGENE CLAYTON, as mother of
RAYMOND EUGENE CLAYTON and AMY RANEE CLAYTON, be authorized to
II receiva payment thereof and to give appropriate release and the

Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. The EUGENIA CLAYTON, natural mother and legal
custodian of RAYMOND EUGENE CLAYTON and AMY RANEE CLAYTON, minors,
be appointed as guarciian of said minors.
2. That SELINDA CLAYTON as Personal Represe~tative of
the Estate of JAMES CLAYTON shall pay to Et3GENIA CLAYTON, as
mother and natural guardian of ~AYMOND EUGENE CLRYTON and AMY
RAN~E CLAYTON, the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS and 00/100
