Trustee under Trust Agreement dated March 23, 1971, Grantor,

The Grantor, in consideration of the premises and
the sum of $10.00, and other good and valuable considerations,
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, re-
leases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, and to its
heirs, successors and assigns forever, that certain real prap-
erty situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularZy
described as follows:

taining to that real property.
