5. That all ot tbe property d~scribed in MORTGAGE, lees any
part tbereof that may have heretotore been releaeed, shall in
all respects be subject to the lien, charge and encumbrance
of MORTGAGE and nothing herein contained or done shall affect
the lien, charqe or encumbrance aff ected by MORTGAGE, or th~
priority thereof over otber liens, chargee, enaumbrances or
conveyaaces.
6. Nothing herein invalidates or_ shall impa~ir or release any
covenanta, condition, agreement o~ etipulation in NOTE and
MORTG AG E and the same, excepe as herein modified, shall cont~nue
in full force and effect and tbe underaigned further covenant
and agree to perform and comply With and abide by each of the
covenant8, agreements, conditions and stipulations of NOTE and
MORZGA~E which are nc+t inconsistent herewith.

7. In case any installment of interest or principal of NOTE
be not promptly paid a~ they become clue and payat~le according
to the terma ~nd tenor thereof, or if eacb an d every ~f the
stipulationg, agree~ente, covanan~s and conditiona of NOTE and ~
. MORTGAGE, ae herein modifted, and of th@se presents, any or ~
either, are not duly performed complied witb, and abided by,
then and in either of such events, tbe balance then unpaid of
the principal sum of NOTE as herein modified. with accrued interest,
and all other sums provided for in and by NOTE and MORTGAGE,
ehall ~e immeclit~tely due and payable and auit may be brought
on NOTE and/or MORTGAGE may be foreclosed in the manner an~
as fully and co~pletely and with the same effact as if the said
indebtedr?ess o~ N~TE Were originally atipulated to be paid on
that date or had othe~rise matured, anything in NOTE and !~lDRZG~GE,
or herein, to ttie contzary notwithstanding.
