1 and any other person who has obligations under this Note waive thc rights of presentment and notice of dishonor.
."Presentment" means the right to ~equire the Nott Holder to demand payment of amounts due. "Notice of dishonor"
~neans the right to require the Note Hotder to give notice to other persons that amounts due have not txert paid.
' 10. UNI~ORM SECUR~:D NUTE
This Note is a uniform instrument with timited variations in some jurisdictions. In addition to the protections given
~ to the Note Holde~ u~der this Note~ a Mongage, Deed of Trust or Security Deecl (the "Security instrument")~ dated the
same date as this Note, protects the Note Holder from possibie locses which might rcsult if I do not kap the promises
which I make in this Note. That Sccurity Instrument describes how and unde~ what conditions [ may be required to make
immediate payment in full of all amounts I owe under this Note. Some of those conditions are described as foltows:
Transfer of the Property or a Beaeflci~tl Inte~est In BoeroKe~. If all or any part of the Property or {
any interest in it is sold or transfe~red (or iF a beneficial interest in 8orrower is sold or transferred and ;
Borrower is not a natural person) without Lender's pria~ written cons~nt, Lende~ tnay, at its opiion~ rcquirc `
immediate payment in full oC all sums sccured by this Security Instn~ment. However. this option shal! not be
exercised by I.ender if exe~cise is prohibited by fedtral law as of the ciate of this Security Instrument.
