ProFerty including those past due. Any rents collected by Lender or the receiver shall be applied iirst to payment ot the costs oi

21. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall release this Security Instrument
without charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any recordation costs.
22. Attorrteys' Feea. As used in this Secuiily Instrument and the Note. "attorneys' (ees" shall include any altorneys fees
awarded by an appellate court.
