SATISFACTlON OF LIEN #

WHEREAS, the undersigned, the authorized agent of Hood '
~
Tractor Company, Inc., a Florida corporation, filed a claim of
lien against the property of Club Med on the 4th day of June,
1987 in Official R~cords Book 544, at page 2323, in the office of
the Clerk of the County Court for St. Lucie County, state of
Florida, agai~nst real property in said county.
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, for the qood and valua-
ble consideration of $2,000.00, does hereby acknowledge satisfac-
tion of the claim of lien and does direct Clerk of said Gounty
Court to cancel and discharge the claim af lien and release the

bond to which the lien was transferred in accordance with ~
Sections 713.21 and 713.24 of the Florida Statutes.
