TNIS MATTER came before the Court upon the former wife's
MOTION TO COMPEL FORMER HUSBAND TO SIGN QUITCLAIM DEED, OR IN TEiE
ALTERNATIVE, MOTION FOR COURT ORDER TRANSFERRING TITLE TO
PROPERTY on NovembPr 30, 1987, and the Court having heard
argument, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the former husband's interest in
the marital home located at 562 Violet Avenue, Port St. Lucie,
Florida, more particularly described as:
Lot 25, Block 120, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 27, according
to the Plat thereof on f ile in Plat Book 14, pages 5, 5A
through 5I, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, .
Florida.
is hereby conveyed to the former wife, MARY L. SEXTON, as her
I~ sole property, and this Order of the Court shall serve to transfer
title of the above property into the former wife's sole name. ~
