time to tims and whereby Nbrtgagor may borraw fran Nbrtgagee an undetermined swn noti to
exceed the maximun principal sun of $ 40,000.00 (the "Original Credit
Amouri~"), together with interest thereon, and ~ •
j~REAS, all stans advanced under the Agreement or otherwise c~wed under the Agreement
pertaining thereto are.secw.-ed by t,hat certain Nbrtgage and Security Agreement
encumb~ring thz real and personal property described therein dated ~6 date with

Public Records of ST. LUCIE County, Florida (the "Nbrtgage"), and
Wf~Ri'.AS, pursuant to Section 697.04, Florida Statutes, Qaragraph Eightee~ o~ the
rbrtgage provides for future advances under the Nbrtgage such that the total, unpaid
balance secured by the Nbrtgage may be increased to an arrount no greatez t,t~a1~ tWice the

W'HEREAS, Nbrtgagor has requested as a future advance an increase in available credit
under the Agreement, to allaw Mortgagor to receive from Nbrtgagee fran tiir~e to time
advances in excess of the Original CYedit Amr~unt, and Mortgagee has agreed to make such
advances on th~e ternns set forth herein. '

consideration, the Nbrtgagor and Nbrtgagee agree as follows:
1. The Original Credit Amount of 40~0~0.0o t.hat Nbrtgagee may advance to
Nbrtgagor is secured by the Nbrtgage as a lien on the property therein described,
subiect to matters stated in the Irbrtgage, and the additional credit of $ O.OQ0.00

the Mortgage to the s~r~ extent as though it was advanced on the date of the NY~rtgage.
