by and between MARK LEIBOWITZ and JO ELLEN LEIBOWITZL his wife (Mortgagor) and
RIVERSIDE NATIQNAL BANK OF FLORIDA (t`lortgagee);

WNEREe1S, Mortgagor executed and delivered a mortgage (cii~ ci~~rtK~ige} t~ ~iart~zig~c -
of certain property (the ~tort~aged Property) situa[ed in St. Lucie County,
Florida, which Mortgage was recorded in 0. R. Book 534 ~ Pa~e 1375 . Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, the ~lortgaged Property beinK more
p:~rticularly described in the ~iortgage;
WHEREAS, the ~tortgage secures repayment of that certain promissory note executed
by ~taker lll the amount of S Z5,000.00 ,
WIIERF.AS, the Mortgage provides that the Mortbag~e may at its sole option make
future and further advances from [ime to time so that the aggregate amount of
indebtedness evidenced by tt~e note secured tliereby and any notes issued pursuant to

WHEREAS, rtortgagee has agreed to make future advances on the terms and conditians
set forth tierein, but not otherwise.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the p emises, the parties hereto hereby a~ree

1. In order to evidence the further advances contemplated hereby and by the
.fortga~e, *taker has executed and delivered to riortgagee a note (the Future Advance
Note) in the original principal amount oF $ 2,000.00 , dated ,
19 88 , of which amount $ 2,000.00 represents additional principal and a further
advance.
2. The additional principal or the ~uture Advance ;:ote shall be disbursed by
Mortua~~c~ r~ ri~3k~r in accordazlce with the provisions of the ,lortgage, this Notice ;
and the Future Advanee note.
3. The term "note" as used in the Martgage shall include within irs meaning
the Future Advance ~iote and shall be sec~red b~ the Mortgage to the same extent as if `
the Future Advance Note had been executed and delivered by Maker to I~tortgagee on the
date of the Mortgage. •
