HomeMy WebLinkAbout0975 5 . ~ NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hcreto, intending to be legally bound hereby, hereby covenant and agree as follows: 1. Commencing with the payment to be made by Mortgagor to Mortyagee on April 24, 1988. Mortgagor shall make monthly payments, ~f interest only, in the amount of $833.33 per month until March 24, 1991. The term of the Mortga~e and Mortgage Note is hereby extended to March 24, 1991. Commencing effective March 24, 1988, with the first payment being due April 24, 1988, interest on t3~e unpaid balance uf principal shall be l0o per annum and monthly interest payments only in the amount of $833.33 shall be due on the 24th day of each month commencing April 24, 1988, as aforesaid, until March 24, 1991, when s the principal sum of $100,000.00 plus accrude intere t shall be due and payable. 2. Except as herein specif ically modified, changed and r amended, all of the terms, covenants, conditions and agreements of the i+lortgage and Mort~age Note of :7anuary 14, i983, shall remain in full force and effect and all of the terms, conditions, covenants and agree- ments hereof shall be binding on, and inure to the benefit of the p3rties hereto and t:~eir respective neirs and assigns.
