THIS ACTION having come on for consideration, and it appea ing
to the Court that only defendant RICHARD PEARSON was duly served ~
with with a Statement of Claim and it appearing further that ~ ~

said defendant failed to appear in said action and the Court
finding that the said defendant is justly indebted to the ~
plaintiff in the sum of $1150.00

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that a default be and the same is hereby
entered herein against the defendant RICHARD PEARSON and this
