THIS ACTION having come on for consideration, and it appearing to ~
the Court that the above named defendants was duly served with ~
with a Statement of Claim and it appearing further that said °
defendants failed to appear in said action and the Court finding

that the said defendants are justly indebted to the plaintiff in
the sum of $1560.00;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that a default be and the same is hereby
entered herein against the said defendants Qi~INTIS NARMON
j FOUNTAIN, JR. and RATHY FOUNTAIN. ~

IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that the said plaintiff, HIRSH MEAT ~
~ PACRERS, INC., do have and recover of and from said defendant the ~

sum of $1560.00 for damages, besides the sum of $63.50 for costs t-~

of this suit, $234.00 for attorney's fee, and $11.70 for sales W
tax on fee for services, for a to~al of $1869.20 which is to bear
interest at 12$ per annum, until satisfied.
