WHEREAS, Borrower and Lender have agreed on the interest rate and payment
for the final 354 months.
NO(.' THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises the parties agree as follows:
l. Attached here*_o is a renewal promissory note given to Lender by the
Borrower in the amouiit of $ 35,000.00 . Tt~e original promissory note in the
amount of $ 35i000.Q0 has been paid by renewal and the attached promissory
note shall be the promissory note to be secured by the hereinabove described
mortgage.
2. Except as herein modified, the Mortgage is hereby agproved, modified and
confirmed.
