written request of the Mortgagor, his heirs or assigns, or attor-
ney, a statement in writing of the principal balance due upon
this Mortgage, as of any specified date.
The terms "Mortgagor" and "Mortgagee" whenever used in this
instrument, shall include the heirs, personal representatives,
successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto. Whenever
used the singular number shall include the plural and the plural
the singular, and the use of any gender shall include all gen -
ders.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY FIRST MORTGAGE UPON THE ABOVE DESCRIBF.D
PROPERTY.
