~ ~ THIS CAUSE having come on for final hearing on July 3,
19$6 on the Petition of CARMEN V. RUSSELL, Petitioner/Wife, for
a dissolution of marriage from her Husband, JACK ALLEN RUSSELL,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

w 1. That the bonds of marriage between the Petitioner, '

~ ~ CARMEN V. RUSSELL and Respondent, JACK ALLEN RUSSELL, are

~ °p dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken and the

a' parties are restored to the status of being single and unmarried;
2. That the parents are hereby awarded shared parenta2
responsibility; the pr~mary parental responsibility being wit
the Husband, with reasonable and liberal visitation rights to th
Wife. Both parties are to be equally responsible for the majo
decision making affecting the minor child, TROY ALLE
~RUSSELL.
3. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum o
FIFTEEN THOUSANQ AND NO/100 ($I5,000.00) D~LLARS on or befor
July 18, 1986, and on or before January 31, 1987, in addition t
the amount set forth above, the Husband shali pay to the Wife th
sum of FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($45,0~00.00) DOLLARS.
