ROBERT A. EPPERSON, by W.R. SCOTT, as attorney-in-fact, one of the owners
and holders of that certain mortgage executed by TURTLF. REEF ASSOCIATES, INC.
to HAZEN KREIS and ROBF.RT A. EPPERSON, dated July 3, 1979, and recarded in
O.R. Book 312, Page 1376, Public Records of St. LuciE County, Florida, in
consideration of the sum of $10.00 and o[her good and valuable considerations,
hereby on tt~is ~ day of October, 1986, releases from the lien of that
mortgage the real property located in that county and described as:
Apartment A-2, and Apartments B-1 and B-2, according to the
Declaration of Condominiu~ of Turtle Reef Condominiums II as recorded
in Official Records Book 287, Page b33, publie records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
witttout impairing the lien on that mortgage on the remaining part of the pro-
perty described in that mortgage.
