Upon acce!aration under paragraph 17 hereof or abandonment of the Property, Lender shal~ bz e~t,tted to ha•, e a
receiver appointed by a court to enter upon, take possession o( and manage the Property and to col{ect the rents of ihe ~
Property including those past due. All rents collected by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
rnanagement of the Property and collection of r¢nts, including, but not limited to, receiver's fe¢s, premiums on
receivei s bonds and ~easo~able attomeys fees, and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. The receiver shall be
liable to account only tor those rents actually received.
20. Release. Upon payment of al! sums secured by this Mortgage, l.ender shall release this Mortgage without
charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all costs of recordation, iE any.
21. Attorne~s Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attomeys tees' shall include attorneys' fees, if
any, which may be awarded by an appeliate court.
