AMSNDSD COVBIVANT. In addition to the covensnts and agreements made in the Security Instrument, Borrower and
Lender further covenant and agree as fol~ows:
A. TRANSFEB OF THE PROPERTY OR A BENEFICIAL INTEBEST IN BORROWER
Uniform Covenant 16 of the Security Inatrument is amended to read aa follows:
16. Transfer ot the Property or a Beneficial Interest in Borrower. ff all or any parc of the Property or any
interest in it is sold or transferred (or if a beneficial interest in Borrower is aold or transferred and Borrower is not a
natural person) without Lender's prior written consent, Lender may, at its option~ require immediate payment in full of
all sums secured by this Security Instrumen~ However, this option shali not be exercised by Lender if esercise is pro-
fiibited by federal law as of the date of this Security Instrumen~
If Lender e:ercises this option, Lender shall give Borrower notice of acceleration. The notice shall provide a period
of not less than 30 days fmm the date the notice is aelivered ormailed within which Borrower mustpey all sums secured
by this Security InstrumenL If Borrower fails to psy these suma prior to the expiration of this period, Lender may
invoke any remedies permitied by this Security Instrument without further notice or demand on Borrower.
