INSTALLMENT CONTRACT
Agreement made February 1, 1988, between WILLIAM T. CtJLLEN and
DOROTHY CULLEN, husband and wife, of 41 Lakeview Drive, Grafton, Ohio,
Seller, and FRANCIS P. BISIGNI and CINDY M. BISIGNI, husband and wife,

1. Sale. Seller, in consideration of the deposit made by
Purchaser hereunder, and of the covenants and agreements on the part of !

Purchaser herein contained, agrees to ssll to Purchaser, and Purchaser j
~ agrees to buy, that real property located in the County of St. Lucie,

State of Florida, together with the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances belonging or pertaining thereto, and more specifically des-

according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 13, Pages 19, 13A through 19K of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. , ~
2. Purchase Price. Purchaser agrees to pay Seller the sum of
Fifty-Six Thousand Dollars ($56,000.00), together with interest as pro-
vided hereaft~r, as the purchase price, in 240 installments as follows:
Ttte sum of $417.00, or more, beginning on January 1, 1988 and
continuing on the first day of each month thereafter until the purchase

all interest shall be fully paid on or before December 1,.2007.
