records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the followinq describe

2. That tAe Mortgage Deed contains a scrivener's error with
reqard to the iegal description in tha~ the Declaration of ~ i

Record Book 397, pages 2862 throuqh 2932 and not pages 0 2 ~
through 2392, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ,l
Affiant further states that he is familiar with the nature of
an oath and with the penalties provided by the laws of the State
of Florida for.falsely swearing to statements made in an
instrument of this natue. Affiant further certifies that he has
read or has had read ~o him the full content of this Affidavit and
understan its context.
