BANK/TREASURR COAST, national association, dated January i9, 1988,
and recorded~in Official Record Book 573, page 1705 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the following descrfbed

Declaration of Condominium of Islandia lI Condominium,
recorded in O~ficial Records Book 397,~pages 2862,
through 2932, inclusive, and all Amendments thereto,
Public Records of~St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the Mortgage Deed contains a scrivener's error with
regard to the legal description-fn that the Declaration of
Condominium for ISLANDIA II CONDOMINIUM, was recorded in Official
Record Book 39?, pages 2862 through 2932 and ~o.t paqes 2862
through 239~, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Affiant f~irther states that he is familiar with the nature of
an oath and with the penalties provided by the Zaws of the State
of Florfda for falsely swearinq to statements made in an
instrument of this natue. Affiant fur~her certifies that he has
read or has had read to him the full content of this Affidavit and
understands its context.
