WALTER J. TAYLOR, who, after being firgt d~:ly sworn, hereby
deposes and says undeY oath:
1. That he ia the brother-in-law of LEONE T. TAYL , who
died on November 17, 1987, in Lake San Marcos, California.
2. That the affiant knows of his own personal knowledge
that HUBERT JAMES TAYLOR and LEONE E. TAYLOR purchased th~
~ properties hereinafter deacribeci during the time they were
married, and purchased the same as an estate by the entirety;
and that from the date they purchased the said properties they
continued to be legally married until the date oF death of the
LEONE E. TAYLOR, which properties are situate, lying and being
in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, ~nd more i
