1. On August 3, 1987, Peti~ianer, WAYNE E. MARSHALL,
as the duly appointed, qualified and acting Personal,
Representative of the Estate of THELMA L. MARSHALL, Deceased,
executed a Personal Representativ~'s Distributive Deed conveying
real property located at 1007 S. 13 Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida
33450 to MELVA L. MARSHALL and WAYN~ E. MARSHALL, each having a
1/2 interest as tenants in common, in accordance with the terms
of decedent's Will, said deed recorded August 17, 198? in O. R.
Book 553, Page 2724, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. On September 18, 1987 an Order of Discharge was
~ entered in this cavse by the Court, discharging your petitioner
as Personal Representative and closing the estate.
3. It has now ~ome to the attention of petitioner
that by scrivener's error the legal description on the Deed was
incomplete wherein the property was described as:
Lots 4, 5, 6 and the 16 foot vacated alley
adjacent on the South•of Lot 6, ~p the
