The Petition of WAYNE E. MARSHALL, an interested party
by reason of his having been the Personal Representative of the
above styled Estate, for further administration af the estate in
order to correct the legal description as contained in the
Distributive Deed, coming on this day to be hea'rd, and the Court
finding that the estate was closedi that the court has the
authority to grant the relief as requested in the herein petition
pursuant to Florida Itules of Probate and Guardianship Procedure,
Rule 5.460; and the Court being otherwise fully advisea, it is
ADJUDGED that further•administration of the above
estate is hereby ordered and WAYNE E. MARSHALL as Personal.
Representative of the Estate of THELMA L. MARSHALL, Deceased, is
hereby authorized and directed to execute a Corrective Personal
Representative's Distributive Deed conveying the following

to MELVA L. MARSHALL-and WAYNE E. MARSAALL, each having a 1/2

decedent's will,
