Petitioner, as personal representative of the above estate, ti~
alleges: ~
1. The decedent, JOHN S. MEREDITH, a resident of Logan
County, Ohio, died on April 8, 1986, and Letters of
Administration were issued to Petitioner on January 14, 1987.

~ 2. Petitioner files herewith either a Final Accounting
containing a complete report of all cash and property
transactions and of all receipts and disbursements since the -
commencement of administration of fihis est~te, or since the date
of the last accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers signed by
all interested persons, other than Pe~itioner, waiving the filing
of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner h~s fully administered this estate by making
payment, settlement, or other dispositions of all claims that
were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment
of all taxes and expenses of administratior.. _
4. The amount of compensation paid or to be paid to the
~ personal representative, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or

other agents employed by the personal representative is set forth
~ in Exhibit A attached hereto.
'r 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the De~artment of
` Revenue o~ the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with
thi.s court eviden~e of the satisfaction of this estate's
abligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes~ if any.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of
the assets of this estate as set~forth in the schedule attached
heret~ as Exhibit B.
