The interest of Carolyn Sue Meredith Bowdle, f/k/a Carolyn Sue
Meredith, fihe only beneficiary of this estate other than Sarah E.
Meredith, under the aforementioned Agreement for Deed and the real
. property described therein, which is the only asset of this
estate, was previously assigned by said beneficary to Sarah E.
Meredith by virtue of that certain As"signment of Interest in
Agreement for Deed dated February 9, 1987 and recorded on July
21, 1987 in Official Record Book 550 at page 2195 of fihe Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
