The decedent, THERESA E. LYDECKER, a resident of Suffolk County, Massachusetts, died on ~anuary 15, 1985, and Ancillary Lettsrs of Administration were issued to Petitioner on January 28, 1987 ~a0-~o6.s-- a~~~- ~ . 2. There were no cash and propecty transactions a~d no receipts and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate and Petitioner files herewith waivers signed by all interested pers:•:~s, other than Petitioner, waiving the fiting of a final accounting. 3. Petitioner has fu!ly administered this estate by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims that were presented, and by paying or ~ making provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration. ' 4. The amount of compensation pa'sd or to be paid to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representative is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed witt~ this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both Federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. 6.
