Petitioner, WILLIAM HOFFMAN, as Personal Representative ~f

the Estate of JAMES FYFE, Deceased, alleges:
1. This petition is brought pursuant to Florida Statutes
733.105, to determine the benef~.ciaries of this estate, because
the property of this estate passes to the pretermitted spouse of
the decedent.
2. Petitioner desires to resolve any doubt as tc~ who is
entitled to receive the estate.
~ 3. The Decedent's Last Will and Testament dated June 20,
1985, has been admitted to probate by order of this Court dated '
January 31, 1987. .
4. Petitioner is in doubt as to who is sntitled to receive
the Estate, or part of it.
5. The names, the residence and post office addresses of ,

all persons in interest, except creditors of the Decedent, so far ~
