I, JAMES FYFE, a citizen and resident o£ St. Lucie County,
Flarida, being o~ sound and disposirig mind and memory, do hereby ;
revoke and annul any and alI wills and codicils thereto by me at
any time heretofore made, and do hereby make, publish and declare
this instrument to be my Last Will and ~estament,
I.
I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral
expenses, and expenses of my last illness be paid as soan as ~
practicable after my death.

A. I hereby give, bequeath and devise to my beloved wife,
HELEN GAYNELL FYFE, provided she survives me, all of my household
furnishings and furniture, books, pictures, jewelry, k•atches,
wearing apparel, family stores and~all other articles of
household and personal use or ornamentation of which I may die
possessed, including any privately owned automobile or

automobiles which I may own at the time of my death.
B. In the event that my beloved wife, NELEN VAYNELL FYFE,
p~~edeceases me, I give, bequeath and~devise the property
