signed the writter? statement or list and I l~ave described therein
the item or i~ems and the individuals concerned wi~h reasonable
c:ertainty. My personal representative may assume that na written
statement exists if none is found within 30 days after admission
of this Will to probate.
IV.
All of the rest, residue and r_emainder of my estate,
including any property over which I have a power of appointment,
and all real, and other personal and intangible property, of
whatever kind, character and description, and wheresoever
situated, I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved wife, HELEN
GAYNELL FYFE.
~ V.
In the event that my beloved wife, HELEN GAYNELL FYFE, shal~
predecease me, or shall fail to survive me by 30 days, or in the
event th~at my beloved wife and I die as the result of a common
disaster, I hereby give, bequeath and devise my entire estate to
WILLIAM HOFFMAN, JAMES HOFFMAN, JANICE A. KELLER, BARBARA
BLACKLOCK, MARY JO ROGERS, MARY ALYCE MCCORMICK, WILLIAM K.
OWYER, DAVID A. JONES, THOMAS L. JONES, and MICHAEL B. JONES, in
equal shares, share and share alike, per capita.
VI.
I hereby appoint my beloved wife, HELEN GAYNELL FYFE, if

~ living, and ff not, WILLIAM J. HOFFMAN of 3043 South Abbington,
' Arlington, Virginia, as personal representative of this my Last
Will and Testament. I direct that no personal representative
appointed under this Will, or any successor thereof, shall be
required to post bond or other security in any jurisdiction for
the faithful performance oi their duties hereunder.
VII.
I hereby give and grant unto my personal representative or
any substitute or successor personal representative, full right
