PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
Petitioner, CHARLSS W. EICHLIN, JR, as Personal Representative I
of the above estate, alleges: ~
1. THAT the decedent, CHARLES W. EICHLIN, SR., died on the 9th ;

day of March, 1987, and Letters of Administration were issued to
Petitioner on April 10, 1987.
2. THAT Petitioner files herewith a Final Accounting
containing a complete report of all cash and progerty transactions
and of all rereipts and disbursements since the commencement of i

administration of this estate.
3. THAT Petitioner has fully administered the estate by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims that were
presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of ~
t~
all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. TNAT the amount of compensation paid or to be paid to the
Persona]. Representative, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or
other agQnts employed by the Personal Representative is set forth
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. THAT Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
Revenue of the State o~ Florida, and has obtained and filed with
this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. TNAT Petitioner has made or proposes to make di~tribution
of tY~e assets of this estate as set fortn in the schedule attached
hereto as Exhibit "B".
