Petitioner, JULIE STURDEVANT, as Personal Representativ~ of •
the above Estate, alleges:
1. The only asset of the within Ancillary Estate consists of
the following described real property: ~

Lot 18, Block 596, of PO~T ST. LUCIE, SECTION
THIRTEEN, according to the PZat thereof, recorded
in PZat Book 13, at Page 4 and ~4A through 4M, of
. the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The Petitioner considers that it~ is expedient, necessary
and to the best interest of the Estate ~o sell the above
ri~scribed property in order to facilitate the administration of
- the Estate. ~

£ 3. A signed Contract for Sale and Purchase, conditioned upon

3 Court approval, has been received to purchase the above described
- real property from the Estate for the sum of $50,000.00, upon the
terms and conditions set forth in sai~i contract, a copy of which
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
4. All beneficiaries of the Estate have signed Consent forms
~ _agreeing to the sale of the property in accordance with the ~
~ _
~ attached contract.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays f~r an Order authorizing the sale
~ of the above described property upon ~he terms and conditions set .
