This cause has been considered by this Court upon the

Petition of JULIE STURDEVANT, Personal Represenfiative of the above
Estate, for authorization to sell the following described real ~

Lot 18, Block 596, of PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION
THIRTEEN, according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 13, at Page 4 and 4A through 4M, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida
The Court has reviewed the Petition and Court file in these
: grobate proceedings and has determined that it is in the best
interest of the Estate that said property be sold in order to
facilitate administration of the Esta~~:, that the best interest of
the Estate will be served by a sale of the property at a private
~ sale and that the sale should be for the sum of $50,000.00, upon
r tY:e terms and conditions set forth in the contract attached to the ~

Petition, It is therefore -
AATUDGED that the Petitioner, JULIE STURDEVANT, as Fersonal '
:tepresentative of the Estate of ADOLPH WINGLOVITZ, is authorized to
sell the above-described real property for $50,000.00, upon the
terms and conditions set forth in the contract attached to the
