3. The nature of the incompetent's incapacifiy is that he is ~
a minor under the law and a guardianship is necessary for payment ~

of benefits by Atlanta Casualty Company for injuries sustained by
the incompetent in a traffic accident which occurred on May 26,
1987, in St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. It is necessary that a guardian of the property be
appointed for the incompetent.
5. The benefits to be paid the incompetent by Atlanta
Casualty Company are $10,000.00. .
