Petitioner, PH~LIP E. PRESSENDO, of 289 i~iest 15th Place,
Chicago Heights; Illinoi~ 64411, alleges;
~ 1. Nondas M. Pressendo died on December 3, 1986 at Matteson, .
Illinois, leaving a Will dated August, 1, 1986, duly executed in
the presence o£ three subscribing witnesses, Denise ~A. Newton,
~y~ ~ - ~ ~ - ~9~- a~~~
Noel Waugh and Wilma Schurickt. ~
2. The decedent,.at the time of her death, was domiciled in
Chicago Heights, Illinois and owned certain property in the
~ State of Florida, consisting of rea2 property situated in St.
Lucie County, Florida, having an approximate value of
- $50,000.00.
3. The Will of the decedent was duly admitted to record in
_ the Circuit Court of Cook Couttty, Illinois, Probate Division by
Order dated July 17, 1987, that Court having probate jurisdiction
( at the domicile ~f the decedent.
4. Petitioner attaches as Exhibit "A" a duly authenticated
~ transcript of the appropriate portions of the domiciliar~r ,
- proceedings pursuant to Rule 5.4?0 of Florida Rules of Probate
~
_ and Guardianship Procedure.
- 5. The names, ages, relationships and residences of the
beneficiaries of the decedent are a~ follows:

6. The domiciliary Executor is not qualified to act as
Personal Representative, ~and the remaining heirs have chosen
PHILIP E. PRESSENDO, a son, to act as Personal Representative.
