SBCOND: I am a widow and not since remarried. O
THIRD: To my son, JOSEPH PR$SSENDO, I hereby declare that
the installment note dated October 21, 1971 in principal amount '
of $100,000.00 executed by the FIRST NATIONAL BANK IN CHICAGO •
HEIGHTS as Trustee under a Trust Aqreement dated May 1, 1964 and
known as Truat No. 304 and secured by trust deed on real estate
commonly known as 1527 Otto Boulevard, Chfcaqo heighta, Illinois,
payable in monthly installment of principal and interest of
$790.~80 on the~ first day of each month at the rate of 58, is
f ully paid and satisfied and that I hereby direct my executor to
execute any and all documents cancelling and releasing said obli-
gation due from my son, JOSEPH PRESSENDO.
FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath the Chinese screens,
wall unfts and all oil paintinqs to my son, JOSBPH PRESSENDO. '

FIFTH: I qive, devise and bequeath to my son, CHARLES F.
PRESSENDO, the house in Fort Pierce, Florida, with the following
contents, described as follows:
