ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS
THIS ASSIGNMENT is made and entered into this~~~ day of
by and between DAVID S. ALBERTSON, hereinafter
referred to as ALBERTSON and BOWEN BROTHERS, INC., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to as BOWEN.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, ALBERTSON is the owner and holder of an undivided
20$ interest in and to that certain Promissory Note dated
September 3, 1982, given by Paul H. Freeman, Trustee, as Maker, a
true and copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a
part hezeof by reference; and
~ WHEREAS, ALBERTSON is the owner and holder of certain
security interests given to secure payment of the Promissory Note .
attached hereto as Exhibit A, to wit; Second Purchase Money
Mortgage dated September 5, 1982, a true copy of which-is attached
hereto as Exhibit B and made a part hereof by reference; security
agreement dated September 3, 1982, a true copy of which is ~
attached hereto as Exhibit C and made a part hereof by reference; ,
~ and Escrow Agreement dated September 3, 1982, a true copy af which
is attached hereto as Exhibit D and made a part hereof by
reference; and
WHEREAS, BOWEN desires to purchase from ALBERTSON and
ALBERTSON desires to sell to BOWEN the undivided 20$ ownership
interest of ALBERTSON in the Promissory Note attached as Exhibit A
~ and simultaneously to acquire the various security interests held
. by ALBERTSON attached hereto as Exhibits B, C and D respectively
given to secure payment of said indebtedness;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY Z'b'6E PRESENTS:
l. That ALBERTSON, for and in conisderation of the sum of

by BOWEN, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over, and by these
presents does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over
