into between SECURED PARTY and DEBTOR covering the premises
described on Schedule "A" attached hereto or at such time as
SECURED PARTY has received payment in full under said mortgaqe, ~
then this agreement shall terminate and al]. rights and obligations ~

17. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto,
. their heirs, personal representatives, successora and asaigns.
18. In the event either party shall breach the terma, .
~ covenant~ or conditions of this agreement and the injured party
shall bring action, suit or proceeding to enforce the terms .
~ hereof or to recover damages, then and in that event, the pre-
vailing party shall be entitled to collect the cost of such
action, suit or proceedinq including a reasonable attorney's fee
£or the prevailing party's attorney on both the trial court and
appellate court levels.
