KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that SAND DOLLAR NORTH CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC., the lienor and holder of a Claim of Lien filed by
SAND DOLLAR NORTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., filed in 4fficial
Records Book 5b7, at Page 2992, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, claiming a lien upon the following described property
located in St. Lucie County, Florida, owned by LESTER AND GAIL
STACKPOLE, his wife, to wit:
A condominium parcel designated as Unit No. 312,
Building No. B of SAND DOLLAR NORTH, A
CONDOMINICIM, according to the Declaration thereof,
dated July 28, 1983, and recorded in Official
Records Book 408, Pages 2436 through 2508,
together with any amendments thereto, a12 in the
public records of St. I.ucie County, Florida.
has received full payment of said Claim of Lien and does hereby
acknowledge satisfaction of said Claim of Lien, and hereby directs
the C2erk of said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the SAND DOLLAR NORTH CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC., has caused this instrument to be executed by its
duly authorized attorney and agent this ~ day of March, 1988.
