KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that SAND DOLLAR NORTH CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC., the lienor and holder of two Claims of Lien filed
by SAND DOLLAR NORTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., filed in Official
Records Book 544, at Page 1324, and in Official Records Book 547, at
Page 822, Public Records of St. Lucie Coanty, Florida, claiming liens
upon the following described property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida, owned first by Daniel V. Santoro and iater by John R. Rnapik
and Glorida H. Rnapik, to wit:
A condominium parcel designated as Unit No. 620,
Building No. A of SAND DOLLAR NORTH, A
CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof.
dated July 28, 1983, and recorded in Official
Records Book 408, Pages 2436 through 2508,
together with any amendments thereto, all in the
. public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
has received ful]. payment of said Claims of Lien and does hereby
acknowledge satisfaction ot said Claims of Lien, and hereby directs
the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record. ~
