Atlanta, State of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee"), ;
is the owner and holder of the following Mortgage:

hereinafter called "Mortgagor"), to Mortgagee dated
November 3, 1981, and recorded November 10, 19~1, in
Official Record Book 366, Page 887, Puhlic Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, securing the original
principal sum of Twelve Million Five Hundred Thousand
and no/100 Dollars U.S. ($12,500,000.00), as amended
by that certain Future Advance Agreement and Modifica-
tion of l~tortgage and Note, between Mortgagor and
Mortgagee, dated February 7, 1984, and recorded on
April 30, 1984, in Official Record Book 430, Page 1418,
as modified by Future Advance Agreement and Dtodification
recorded on September 7, 1984, in Official Record Book
442, Page 1662, £urther modified by btodification Agree-
ment recorded on April 1, 1987, in Official Record Book
536, page 2914, ALL being of the Public Records o£ St.
Lucie County, Florida, (collectively hereinafter called
the "l~fortgage") .
~VNEREAS, the said Alortgagor has requested the Mortgagee to
release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said
mortgaged premises, from"the lien and operation ot said biortgage.
NOW, Tf1EREFORE, KNOW YE, that said Mortgagee, in consideration ;
of the premises and of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dol2ars ($10.00) to '
them in hand paid, or in behalf of, the said Mortgagor at the time of
the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, '
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the
2ien and operation of said Mortgage unto the said I~tortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed
by said A9ortgagor more particularly described as follows:
UNIT N0. 910 as shown on the Condaminium Plat of

according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,
as recorded in Official Record Book 435, at Page 1463,
and Corrective Declaration of Condominium recorded on
Apri1 1, 1987, in Official Record Book 536, Page 2768,
BOTH being of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, together with all of the appurtenances there-
to, as set forth in said Declaration of Condominium
(the "Property"); TOGETHER WITH its undivided interest
in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same with the appurtenances unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of the said Mortgage, and every
part thereof; provided always nevertheless that nothing herein
contained shall i~ anywise impa~i•, alter, or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining portion
