CONDOMINIUM SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this day of MARCH , A. D., 1988, by and
between WESTON-FLORIDA DEVEI.OPMENT CORPORATION - FT. PIERCE l~I, a
Florida corporation, whose principal place of business is in Palm eeach
County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as Grantor and

Subject to the foregoing, the Grantor covenants that the property
is vested in the Grantor and Grantor hereby warrants the title to said
property and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons claiming by and through or under it, but against none other.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding
r~pon the heirs, personal representatives, administrators and successars
