Grantee, by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed,
acknowledges that this eonveyance is sub~ect in every respect to ;
all of the foregoing provisions, including the Oeclaration of ~
Condominium and Exhibits thereto, hereinabove referred to, and =
acknowledges that each and every provision thereof is essential to `
the successful operation and management of the co~dominium, and in
the interest and for the benefit of all of the owners thereof. ;
Grantee covenants and agrees to abide by each and every provision F
of the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits ;
attached thereto, including but not limited to payment of all ;
assessments. Gran~ee further covenants and agrees to pay the
assessments made by Sea Pointe Towers Property Ownexs'
Association, Inc. Grantee further agrees his right to the use and
enjoyment of the premises including all common elements is
conditioned and dependent upon the prompt and regular payment of ~
all ass~ssments.
Each subsequent Grantee shall agree to all of the foregoing ~
terms and provisions by acceptance of his deed, whether or not any
subseq~ent Grantee agrees thereto more formally in writing.
